Action Card couldn’t be more excited about the opportunity to engage International Franchise Association members at the IFA Convention this year in New Orleans. We’re looking forward to meeting people at our booth (#1239) which will be located in the corner of the Food Service and Lounge Seating Area in Hall B2.

Kelly Grace and Rod Smith will be conducting two “Fast Talk” sessions at our booth at 5:30 on Sunday and again at 2:00 and 5:30 on Monday. “How to Consistently Achieve Your Ideal Customer Experience” will discuss the results of a survey we conducted with franchisors that show a disturbing gap between the stated importance of consistency in brand standards and execution at the franchisee level. The sessions will be fast, interactive and solutions-focused.
