Our team of District Managers has been using Action Card for over two years now.  We currently use it for store, safety, and food service inspections.

We have the store inspections in a scorable point format and make it a bonus goal for all upper management.  One of the best attributes is the ability to post up to the minute inspection photos of what needs attention and what is outstanding and deserves recognition.

Each inspection is copied to the supervisor, upper management, store location and straight to the maintenance department who can dispatch immediately once the report has arrived.  Our district managers use either their phones or tablets to conduct the inspections.

We have saved a lot of time in the field by utilizing Action Card.  Their reaction to changes and updates to our inspections are quick and very seamless.   We consider Action Card to be a very good partner.
