The Action Card referral fee will be paid if the referral becomes a client of Action Center Group, LLC within 45 days of referral date. As a result of the referral, Action Center Group, LLC will pay the sum of $500 by check once the revenue derived from the referral exceeds $750.

Action Center Group, LLC shall only pay a referral fee if we contact the referral at our sole discretion and the referral becomes a paying customer of Action Center Group, LLC.

A referral fee will not be paid in the case that Action Center Group, LLC. has already been in contact with the referral and has an active proposal for service.

Action Center Group, LLC is under no obligation to make contact with the referral and also under no obligation to contact the referrer if we did not make contact with the referral.

Action Center Group, LLC may discontinue or terminate the referral program at any time.

There are no limits on the number of persons you can refer under this program. Each referral is treated individually and independently of any other.
